Son histoire remonte en effet aux romains qui, \u00e9tant frapp\u00e9s par la beaut\u00e9 des deux grands rochers \u00e9mergeant au sein des flots, \u00e0 l&rsquo;ouest de la rade, l&rsquo;avaient baptis\u00e9\u00a0<strong>\u00ab\u00a0Ad Fratres\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong>\u00a0(les deux fr\u00e8res).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12.16px; line-height: 15.808px;\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; color: #555555;\"><br \/>\nPendant la colonisation fran\u00e7aise, une petite agglom\u00e9ration rudimentaire s&rsquo;y cr\u00e9a rapidement avec pour premi\u00e8re mission le ravitaillement par mer des troupes fran\u00e7aises qui op\u00e9raient sur la r\u00e9gion marocaine d&rsquo;Oujda. Ce point de la c\u00f4te f\u00fbt d\u00e9finitivement occup\u00e9 en 1844 par le Mar\u00e9chal BUGEAUD.<br \/>\nLe premier ouvrage maritime ex\u00e9cut\u00e9 alors, consistait en un embarcad\u00e8re en bois \u00e9tabli (en 1846) \u00e0 l&rsquo;est de la plage par le g\u00e9nie militaire. Ce dernier fut totalement d\u00e9truit douze ans plus tard par une terrible temp\u00eate.<br \/>\nLe 24 d\u00e9cembre 1847, une ordonnance royale officialise\u00a0<strong>Nemours<\/strong>\u00a0comme nom de l&rsquo;actuelle Ghazaouet. Quelques ann\u00e9es plus tard, de 1861 \u00e0 1902, le service des ponts et chauss\u00e9es construit successivement :<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-size: 12.16px; line-height: 15.808px;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: times new roman,times; color: #555555;\">Le perr\u00e9 de la douane,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: times new roman,times; color: #555555;\">Un perr\u00e9 de d\u00e9fense devant la ville et d&rsquo;une longueur de 175 m\u00e8tres,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: times new roman,times; color: #555555;\">Une digue littorale en enrochements de 270 m\u00e8tres,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: times new roman,times; color: #555555;\">Une jet\u00e9e de 40 m\u00e8tres enracin\u00e9e au pied de la falaise est<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: times new roman,times; color: #555555;\">Un mur de quai de 68 m\u00e8tres au pied de la falaise ouest<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12.16px; line-height: 15.808px;\">\n<p style=\"font-size: 12.16px; line-height: 15.808px;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff; font-size: 12pt;\">2. Aeroport Zenata<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12.16px; line-height: 15.808px;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\" src=\"images\/stories\/imagewilaya\/untitled78.png\" alt=\"untitled78\" width=\"259\" height=\"194\" border=\"0\" \/><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12.16px; line-height: 15.808px;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 15.6pt; background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% white;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: #555555;\">\u00a0L\u2019a\u00e9roport de Tlemcen est un a\u00e9roport civil international desservant la ville de Tlemcen et sa r\u00e9gion (wilayas de Tlemcen, d&rsquo;A\u00efn-T\u00e9mouchent, de Sidi-Bel-Abb\u00e8s et de Na\u00e2ma).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12.16px; line-height: 15.808px;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 15.6pt; background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% white;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: #555555;\">L&rsquo;a\u00e9roport est situ\u00e9 \u00e0 environ\u00a0<span class=\"nowrap\" data-mce-bootstrap=\"1\">25\u00a0km<\/span>\u00a0au nord-ouest de Tlemcen, L&rsquo;a\u00e9rogare a \u00e9t\u00e9 refait \u00e0 neuf selon des normes internationales. Il est dot\u00e9 d&rsquo;une salle d&rsquo;accueil, de deux salles d&#8217;embarquement, d&rsquo;une zone de douane, d&rsquo;une zone fret, d&rsquo;une cafeteria, d&rsquo;un restaurant et de magasins. Cette infrastructure, qui a vu \u00e9galement la r\u00e9alisation d&rsquo;un salon d&rsquo;honneur, avec une suite pr\u00e9sidentielle, est caract\u00e9ris\u00e9e par son architecture arabo-islamique.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 15.6pt; background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% white;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: #0000ff;\">3. Non seulement, ils peuvent marquer\u00a0l&rsquo;av\u00e8nement du transport et du commerce modernes, mais ils arrivent aussi \u00e0 \u00eatre au c\u0153ur de la croissance d&rsquo;une nation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 15.6pt; background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% white;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 15.6pt; background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% white;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: #555555;\">Le chemin de fer \u00e0 Tlemcen existe bien avant la deuxi\u00e8me guerre mondiale de 1939. Cette infrastructure a \u00e9t\u00e9 install\u00e9e en Alg\u00e9rie, non point pour un d\u00e9veloppement du pays,mais dans le but essentiel de transposter les mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res .Des richesses extraites du sol et sous sol alg\u00e9rien devaient arriver aux ports d\u2019Oran pour l\u2019exportation vers la m\u00e9tropole (la France).Les richesses alg\u00e9riennes \u00e9taient utilis\u00e9es pour soutenir l\u2019effort de guerre contre l\u2019Allemagne. Rien n\u2019\u00e9tait \u00e9pargn\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 15.6pt; background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% white;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 15.6pt; background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% white;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: #555555;\">La SNCF jouait \u00e0 la fois un r\u00f4le de transporteur ,de poste et de banque qui garantissait les transactions commerciales et les d\u00e9placements inutiles. Un gain de temps appr\u00e9ciable. M\u00eame les d\u00e9m\u00e9nagements des citoyens se faisaient par train. Il faut noter la grande confiance que g\u00e9n\u00e9rait cette responsabilit\u00e9 accomplie avec fid\u00e9lit\u00e9. Le train jouait pleinement son r\u00f4le \u00e9conomique par des services inestimables. On envoyait un colis ou des tonnes \u00e0 un destinataire qui, une fois avis\u00e9 par un facteur, venait r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer son bien.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 15.6pt; background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% white;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: #555555;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: #555555;\">L\u2019axe Tlemcen \u2013Sidi Bellab\u00e9s \u2013T\u00e9mouchent \u2013Oran avec des correspondances sur le Centre du Pays est aussi important que l\u2019autoroute. Il faut d\u00e9s \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent pousser le citoyen vers la pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence du train \u00e0 la voiture pour des raisons de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re, d\u2019\u00e9conomie, de gestion du temps et d\u2019espace. L\u2019\u00e9tat fera des \u00e9conomies substantiels de carburants divers, de d\u00e9penses inh\u00e9rentes aux accidents de la route ,de pi\u00e8ces d\u00e9tach\u00e9es et de pollution.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 15.6pt; background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% white;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: #0000ff;\"><span style=\"line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\">4.
